Lauren is a senior commercial lawyer with a broad range of expertise working across varied complex commercial, corporate and strategic legal matters gained from both private practice and in-house roles. With the knowledge gained through completing her MBA (UQ) (Deans Honour Roll), she always takes an opportunity to be creative and has a passion for challenging the status quo in order to help improve the efficiency and operation of legal teams. She loves to see others succeed and has held key roles managing and leading a team of lawyers and building strong relationships with clients and senior management teams.

Lauren has a comprehensive range of experience working on contractual and commercial matters and corporate & business advisory for companies of various sizes across industries including agriculture, construction, energy & resources, fashion/retail, technology, health and not-for-profits. She has experience working on large projects, employment matters, dispute resolution & litigation as well as property transactions and advice. Lauren has also worked on innovation, process improvement and contract automation projects.

Before LOD

Before LOD, Lauren was a Senior Associate at Ellem Warren Lawyers, where she went on various secondments including on one of Queensland’s largest mining and infrastructure projects.
