Rachel is our Managing Director, UK. Her team is based in London and South Africa, with consultants and lawyers serving clients all across Europe.
Rachel made the leap to LOD after working in Big Law for a number of years. Prior to becoming our Managing Director, she was our Head of Global Clients where she worked with large corporate clients to help them unlock the benefits of alternative legal services. Rachel is particularly passionate about removing barriers to entry in the legal profession and building a business that is diverse, inclusive and a great place to go for a thriving career.
Outside LOD
You can usually find Rachel trying to find the perfect next bit of art for every bare inch of wall. As well as being mum to two young girls who are an endless source of hilarious anecdotes...
