We offer two main ways of working

On Site

  • Similar to a secondment
  • Work as part of client’s team, usually in their office, for a set period of time
  • Designated days each week
  • Example assignments include:
    • Full time cover for a year-long resourcing gap
    • Working on a specific project, 4 days per week for 3 months
    • Managing overflow work 3 days per week for 6 months

On Call

  • Take control of when and where you work
  • Work either remotely or at the client’s offices on particular projects or overflow work
  • Work anything from a few hours to a few days each week or month, either individually or as part of a team
  • Example assignments include:
    • supporting an in-house team with its routine contracts
    • working with a law firm, reviewing complex contracts
    • adding particular expertise to a legal team where they don’t have the need or budget for a permanent employee
