Aaron is an commercial M&A lawyer with a passion for working in the IP, technology and translation space, and a background in biomedical science and pharmacology. He began his career at Gadens Lawyers in Melbourne, before moving to an ASX-listed multinational generic pharmaceutical company, where he ultimately headed up the legal division. He created, ran and eventually sold his stake in a successful commercial legal practice, and created and led the commercialisation legal team at the University of Melbourne, which also encompassed the corporate/commercial and procurement functions for that institution. He enjoys working within organisations and with clients on a growth path, and has experience acting with:
