Before LOD Alia was an HR professional in Lebanon, until she relocated to the UAE in 2013 to join a boutique legal search firm as a recruiter. At the firm, she covered the full recruitment cycle from initial instruction to placement for some of the region’s high profile entities. At LOD, Alia focuses on seeking, retaining, partnering and matching brilliant consultants with their ideal roles.

Outside LOD

Alia loves traveling and meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. Reading, snorkeling and taking care of her fur babies also sit high on her list of things she loves to do to unwind.
