Norm is a change management and operations professional with a focus on technology projects. His expertise lies in ensuring the smooth implementation and high adoption of new technology initiatives. Norm collaborates closely with teams in our various global offices to establish and maintain operational consistency throughout LOD.

Prior to joining LOD, Norm spent most of his time working at various tech companies based in Melbourne.

Outside of LOD

As a new parent, Norm enjoys leisurely strolls on weekends with his young family, which often includes multiple coffee stops. Norm has recently rediscovered the joy of fun runs and lives for warm weather by the beach with a good book and refreshing drink in hand. With a passion for learning, Norm is close to completing post graduate studies in law.
