Prior to joining LOD, Rebecca studied Law before spending three years within legal recruitment in London, working across a broad range of sectors. As Head of Recruitment, Rebecca focuses on finding lawyers, paralegals and other legal professionals keen to join the LOD+SYKE community both in the UK and US.

Outside LOD

Outside LOD, if she isn't listening to a true crime podcast or reading the latest Chris Carter novel, Rebecca can usually be found back home with her horses or planning her next trip to Germany!
