About

Yasmin is a commercially savvy lawyer that has joined the LOD Legal team after working in-house within the media and advertising industry. She supports clients working across contractual and commercial matters in a number of industries, particularly in the technology and media space. Yasmin also has a keen interest in intellectual property from her previous background working with the creative industries.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws/Arts (International Relations and Politics) from the University of Notre Dame Australia and was admitted to practice law in 2018.

Yasmin was selected as a finalist for the 2020 Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards for Rising Star of the Year. Yasmin is also an eager advocate for animal welfare rights and is a pro-bono lawyer for the Animal Law Institute.

Outside of LOD

You can find Yasmin at spending time at Loki’s Lodge, an animal rescue organisation cleaning up after the pigs and chickens, or busy checking out a new band at her local pub.
