We are thrilled to share that we've been joined by Liz Cathelain, a highly experienced sales and marketing professional, from the leading multinational telecommunications company, Vodafone.
Last month, we announced the launch LOD Legal, a challenger to more traditional law firm models. Staffed by over 30 former in-house lawyers, LOD Legal is already providing external legal advice to clients in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Clients are now able to access immediate law firm support through LOD Legal, long-term arrangements through Managed Services, interim resourcing through Secondments and guidance on long-term legal strategy through Innovation & Design.
Liz has joined the team to support and accelerate this growth. She will lead LOD’s global marketing team, as well as driving commercial performance of our portfolio of client solutions, through lead generation and sales analytics.

Liz joined Vodafone in 2008, following a five-year stint in the management consultancy at Bain and in the private equity industry with Cinven. In her most recent role at Vodafone, as Commercial Management Director, she was part of the Consumer Board responsible for over £3 billion in revenue and 10 million customers. She managed commercial performance, operational delivery and customer experience, including major programmes and product launches. The most notable of these being the launch of Vodafone’s 5G network and 5G Unlimited plans, an industry first.

Prior to being appointed Commercial Management Director, Liz held various other roles at Vodafone, including Head of Digital Strategy and Transformation, Head of Prepay & Mass Market Customer Segment and Head of Contract Products and Propositions.
Liz’s recruitment follows the recent appointments of Maria Passemard from John Lewis Partnership as Director of Innovation & Design and Steph Murray as Group Chief Financial Officer.
