For the fourth year in a row, LOD has been recognised as an Employer of Choice by Australasian Lawyer. This brilliant external recognition further bolsters LOD's status as the premier employer of flexible legal talent.
This award by Australasian Lawyer involved a rigorous application and evaluation process where a research team reviewed the entries, consisting of both quantitative and qualitative information, to determine their performance as leading workplaces. A total of 31 firms were identified as 5-Star Employers of Choice based on their adherence to the criteria.
As part of our regular engagement with LOD lawyers and consultants around the world, we conducted a survey and asked our flexible workforce about their experience with LOD. Over 96% of our Australian lawyers strongly agreed that they would recommend LOD to their friends and collegues. This meant LOD received a net promoter score (NPS) of 81 with over half of our lawyers giving LOD an unbeatable 10 out of 10! For context on NPS, anything above 70 is considered ground-breaking.
