Aaron specialises in senior appointments ranging from Partner, CLOs/General Counsels to COOs and CROs.
Over the last 15 years years he has successfully completed numerous individual senior and team move in a variety of countries, including (non-exhaustively), KSA, UAE, UK, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Turkey, Qatar, Lebanon, South Africa, Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Hong Kong, Australia, and the US.
Throughout his career he has worked in partnership with variety of major brands, including (non- exhaustively) Aramco, PIF, Ma’aden, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Cisco, GE, 3M, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, and Johnson Controls, as well as smaller fast-moving investment houses, private equity businesses and international law firms.
Prior to his career in executive search, Aaron practiced law for four years as a qualified solicitor and has over seven years’ experience of working in both large international firms and smaller niche practices. He has also taught courses and seminars as a visiting lecturer at Middlesex University (Dubai campus) on their LLB undergraduate degree programme, and for the ACC on their In-House Accreditation Programme.
Outside LOD
In his spare time, he is a devoted football coach, part-time medic, and taxi driver to his three boys who are the centre of his world.
