As Marketing Director, Head of APAC & Middle East at LOD and Consilio, Anita leads strategic marketing and communications across the region, driving brand growth, client engagement, and supports revenue growth through targeted campaigns and market expansion initiatives. She previously served as Head of Business Operations for LOD, overseeing marketing & communications, operations, and people & culture functions in Australia. She began her journey with the company as People & Development Director, where she established the P&D function and built a strong foundation focused on talent, engagement, and high‑performing cultures.
With a career spanning senior roles in professional services firms in Sydney and London, Anita’s expertise covers marketing strategy, business operations, and the full spectrum of HR, from talent management and career development to fostering inclusive, collaborative workplaces.
Anita is also an Ambassador for the Australian Indigenous Education Fund (AIEF), a NFP providing scholarships and career support to help Indigenous students complete Year 12 or tertiary studies and transition successfully into their chosen fields. Anita is also an Ambassador for The Pink Elephants Support Network, an NFP for miscarriage support.

Anita loves to spend time with her family, travelling, and watching her beloved Cronulla Sharks.
