As a People & Development Coordinator at LOD, Eimear works across recruitment and consultant support, helping ensure every secondee feels welcomed, supported and set up for success. With a background in regulatory compliance, team administration and project coordination, she brings strong organisational skills and a genuine people-first approach to her work.  

Eimear is passionate about the environment, sustainability and animal welfare, and she loves spending time outdoors, especially by the sea. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her at the gym, relaxing with a great TV series or enjoying a night at the cinema.
