As the Director of Structured Teams and New Business, James works closely with clients to streamline and enhance their legal operations. With a background in IT and project management, he brings extensive experience supporting both private practice and in-house teams to implement leading legal technologies, develop effective legal operations strategies and design scalable resourcing solutions. He is also Prince2-certified, further strengthening his capability in delivering complex projects with structure and clarity.
Outside of work, James enjoys time outside with his three children and playing football.
