Monica

Monica is part of LOD’s New Business team, specialising in talent lead generation. She focuses on identifying, sourcing, and engaging lawyers across Australia and the broader APAC region to support upcoming client needs and long-term talent pipelines. Monica brings strong Talent Acquisition experience from previous roles in global organisations such as Thomson Reuters and SAP Concur, and works closely with the wider team to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates into the business.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and travelling. She also has a passion for photography and loves capturing everyday moments with her two boys, Adam and Isaac.
