Robb Hern oversees Consilio’s Global Business of Lawyers on Demand – a Consilio Company. LOD was acquired in 2023 by Consilio and is the end-result of integrating seven independent companies into one, globally aligned organization. LOD has physical offices in the USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, China and UAE, and global delivery centers in Argentina, South Africa and Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to joining Consilio, Robb spent a decade in the space restructuring troubled business lines, launching new products into the market and driving transformation with a strong cultural and leadership backbone. Robb has also previously held positions as Chief Privacy Officer and spent several years as an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law as well as University of Miami School of Law, teaching Legal Operations, and Data Security & Incident Response.
