Lawyers on Demand expands Middle East offering with appointment of Aaron Faith to lead Permanent Talent Solutions
Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company (LOD), is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Faith as Director, Permanent Talent Solutions (Direct Hire), based in Dubai.
Aaron will lead LOD's permanent talent solutions offering across the Middle East, supporting clients with strategic legal and compliance hiring across both in-house legal teams and private practice.
Prior to joining LOD, Aaron was a Partner at Hunter Goldman, specialising in senior legal, compliance, risk and governance appointments across EMEA, having previously spent almost a decade as Co-Head of International and Head of Middle East & Emerging Markets at Marsden Legal Search & Recruitment. Throughout his career, he has partnered with multinational organisations, international law firms and fast-growing businesses to build high-performing legal teams, successfully completing senior appointments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, South Africa, Australia, Hong Kong, the UK and the US. Before moving into legal search, Aaron practised as a qualified lawyer, providing him with a unique understanding of both client and candidate needs.
Aaron's appointment reflects LOD's continued investment in the Middle East and growing demand from clients seeking strategic talent solutions alongside flexible legal services.
