For the fifth year in a row, LOD has been recognised as an Employer of Choice by Australasian Lawyer. This brilliant external recognition further bolsters LOD's status as the premier employer of flexible legal talent.
This award by Australasian Lawyer involved a rigorous application and evaluation process where a research team reviewed the entries, consisting of both quantitative and qualitative information, to determine their performance as leading workplaces. A total of 33 firms were identified as 5-Star Employers of Choice based on their adherence to the criteria.
As part of our regular engagement with LOD lawyers and consultants around the world, we conducted a survey and asked our flexible workforce about their experience with LOD. On average in 2023, our Australian lawyers rated LOD 9 out of 10, with a briliant NPS of 48.
