Challenge

American Express has previously carried out multiple assignments with LOD. They range from expanding their in-house team, to cope with peaks in workflow and absences, to flexible support for specific projects. AMEX contacted LOD with a need for an insurance lawyer because a member of their team was leaving during a busy period.

Solution

Our solution was to provide them with an LOD lawyer on site with previous experience working in-house for a UK insurer. She was, like all LOD lawyers around the globe, supported by the LOD HQ team and the wider lawyer network.
