About

At LOD, Caroline works as the Senior Legal Services Director, heading up delivery for a major tech client where we have a number of legal teams across the globe. Together with her team, Caroline is responsible for ensuring a global approach to training, reporting, and contract management with the aim to create happy, collaborative teams that enables people to reach their potential.

Caroline started her legal career convinced she would become a criminologist only to find herself as a paralegal at BLP. She transitioned to an in-house role before she joined LOD as a contractor in 2009 which led to her officially joining LOD HQ in 2021.

Outside

Away from her desk, you can find Caroline on the Dorset Wiltshire border, enjoying life on a smallholding with her husband and a number of their four-legged friends which include dogs, sheep, cows and horses.

With a love for the outdoors, travel and food, Caroline considers herself a Swede living in the UK (despite her accent) – she still loves herring, meatballs and snapps songs.
