Sarah has extensive experience across a diverse range of industries including government, higher education, and professional services, with a career focused on helping people navigate meaningful career opportunities and supporting organisations to build engaged, high-performing teams. As a People & Development Consultant with LOD, Sarah is dedicated to creating positive experiences for lawyers and fostering a strong sense of connection within the secondee community. She is passionate about people, careers, and inclusion, and brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to helping individuals and organisations thrive. Sarah holds postgraduate qualifications in psychology, human resources and career development and is always curious about new ways to make people practices more impactful and human centred.
Outside LOD
Sarah spends plenty of time at the dog park with her two dogs, Rosie and Bruno. She is also a lover of comedy, particularly stand-up and improv, and enjoys both watching performances and getting involved herself.
